Position Summary: As a Front Desk Associate at Fusion Gyms, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests. We are looking for a personable, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual who is passionate about fitness and committed to creating a welcoming experience for all. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, managing member inquiries, handling check-ins, and maintaining the overall organization of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members, potential members, and guests as they enter the gym.
• Handle member check-ins, membership inquiries, and basic customer service questions.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about gym services, amenities, and policies.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in our system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and gym area.
• Address member complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Support other team members and maintain positive communication with staff.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a gym or fitness setting.
• Friendly, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using basic computer programs and membership management software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
