What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections position at Fusion HCR?
The Collections Specialists will be responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables from existing customers. In addition, will be responsible for other aspects of collections, such as resolving customer billing problems and reducing the amount of accounts receivables. This position will be working closely with the existing client base, and will be business to consumer collections. Qualified candidate must have previous collections experience, and be comfortable working with consumers to resolve past due accounts.
