Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls for optimal security and performance.
- Build and maintain VPN tunnels in AWS and Azure to support mobile application connectivity.
- Manage and optimize network switches and routers, including Arista, Cisco, and Aruba equipment.
- Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and security protocols for operational consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on security and cloud networking.
- Expertise in Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls (ASA experience is not required).
- Experience with cloud networking in AWS and Azure, specifically for building VPN tunnels and secure cloud connectivity.
- Proficiency in managing Arista, Cisco, and Aruba switches and troubleshooting network issues.
- Experience with routers and VPN technologies for site connectivity and secure communications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, PCNSE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Networking Associate) are a plus.
