Our client is seeking a Network/Firewall Administrator with strong Palo Alto firewall expertise to support their enterprise environment. Candidates must be highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with on-call rotations and enterprise change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on break/fix support for Palo Alto firewalls in a large enterprise environment.
- Manage and optimize Panorama (8.x, 9.x, 10.x) and a firewall infrastructure exceeding 100 firewalls.
- Implement and troubleshoot Active/Active configurations, Multi-vSYS, OSPF/BGP, multicast, asymmetric routing, and firewall policies.
- Perform scripting for firewall rule changes, including parent/child rules and application override rules.
- Utilize Firemon, Policy Optimizer, and Expedition Tool for firewall policy analysis and optimization.
- Configure and manage 3000, 5000, 5200, and VM300 series firewalls.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise change control and security policies.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical firewall support.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Palo Alto firewalls in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall best practices.
- Experience with VWire and Panorama for centralized firewall management.
- Ability to troubleshoot asymmetrical routing issues and configure application override rules.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise change management processes.
- Must be able to obtain all required gaming licenses after conversion to full-time.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Firemon, Policy Optimizer, and the Expedition Tool.
- Scripting experience for automating firewall rule changes.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be Las Vegas residents or willing to relocate, as the role will transition from remote to onsite.
