Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Manage the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with AIA standards and local building codes.
- Design & Coordination : Oversee design development, construction documentation, and specifications while coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into project solutions.
- Budget & Scheduling : Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
