What You’ll Do :
- Lead Infrastructure Management : Take ownership of IT infrastructure strategy and execution, ensuring our systems are high-performing, secure, and scalable to support our growing operations.
- Own the Product Lifecycle : Manage the end-to-end product journey—from planning and development to deployment and optimization—ensuring all projects align with business goals and focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with IT, Digital Marketing, and external vendors to ensure our infrastructure effectively supports both guest-facing services and internal operations.
- Optimize Systems & Data : Use tools like SQL and Tableau to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that enhance system efficiency.
- Coordinate with Vendors & Stakeholders : Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure infrastructure meets business needs, supporting high-traffic operations seamlessly.
