Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex infrastructure systems, with a focus on performance and scalability

Extensive experience in architecture and solution design, particularly for complex infrastructure systems in enterprise environments

Experience in data center design, storage, and networking strategies

Knowledge of the hospitality and casino industries is a plus
-
Proficiency in Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory, Linux platforms, and VMware
-
Extensive experience designing high-availability solutions, such as clustering, load balancing, and data replication
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, preferably Google Cloud)
-
Familiarity with highly regulated environments (MICS, PCI, SOX)
-
Experience with ITSM practices and frameworks
-
Strong technical aptitude, with a keen attention to detail
-
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
-
On-call availability on a rotational basis
-
Flexibility to adapt to evolving challenges and work under pressure

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any necessary certifications
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Designing and deploying highly scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that meet business needs across various environments (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud)

Collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that guide infrastructure decisions and integrations across systems

Designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies tailored to the unique needs of highly regulated and high-availability environments like gaming
-
Reviewing technical requirements and establishing clear project milestones, ensuring that projects meet defined objectives within set timelines

Deploying and maintaining Unix and Microsoft Servers, Storage Arrays, VMware infrastructure, and other enterprise technologies

Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to servers, Active Directory, VMware, and application services across the enterprise

Keeping up to date with the latest developments in infrastructure design, systems architecture, and technology trends

Conducting thorough assessments and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of systems
-
Architecting solutions that meet security standards while enabling agility, performance, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments

Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to infrastructure, system configurations, and best practices

Responding to emergency outages promptly, following established protocols for disaster recovery and business continuity

Providing strategic guidance on technology evolution, product selection, and infrastructure-related design strategies

Working closely with other business units and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions across the organization

Conducting root cause analysis for complex technical issues and implementing corrective action plans

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and policies (such as PCI, MICS, SOX)

Interacting with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of third-party systems and services
