Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Wynn mobile applications.
- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap focused on enhancing the guest digital journey.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and loyalty teams.
- Translate business objectives into product features with clear technical requirements and success metrics.
- Manage custom development initiatives, balancing innovation with platform scalability and user experience.
- Work hands-on with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Help scale mobile products to serve a growing and diverse guest base across multiple properties.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior product managers, helping align their projects to the broader product vision.
- Analyze mobile engagement data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Ensure seamless integration with systems such as loyalty programs, booking engines, and promotions platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Casino and hospitality industry experience is required – must understand guest lifecycle, loyalty, and operations.
- Demonstrated experience in custom product development and scaling digital platforms.
- Proven success leading mobile app initiatives from concept through release and iteration.
- Strategic mindset – able to build and sell a product vision while also managing the details.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior product owners or analysts.
- Strong knowledge of mobile UX best practices, Agile methodologies, and product KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
