Systems Analyst – Gaming & Hospitality Applications
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in IGT gaming software or Opera hospitality applications to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can analyze, document, and support critical business applications. While we will provide training on specific processes and tools, experience with either IGT or Opera is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Flow Analysis & Documentation : Analyze, document, and map data flows between systems to ensure smooth integration and operation.
- API Understanding & Logging : Work with APIs, document system interactions, and help optimize data exchange between platforms.
- Process Mapping & Documentation : Use Microsoft Visio or similar tools to create system and workflow diagrams.
- Collaboration : Work with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to understand and optimize application usage.
- Training & Development : Learn additional systems and technologies as needed, with training provided for specific tools and processes.
