What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedule, In-Home Wellness Visits position at Fusion Healthcare Staffing?
We're currently looking for Nurse Practitioners interested in independently contracting for us performing home pre-scheduled history and physical evaluations of Medicare members in multiple areas of Wisconsin.
- Home Visits
- Hotel/Rental Car, Travel covered based on assignment.
- No prescribing/treating required.
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status.
- WI Nurse Practitioner License Required.
- Monthly Bonus Opportunity by location.
We can work with you and your schedule to make these evaluations as convenient as possible. They can be done on a part-time or full-time/weekly basis Monday - Sunday. Providers working weekly on this project average $2,500 - $3,500 per week. Those who elect for part time work can easily subsidize their current income with an extra $500 per day.
