Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support intelligent process automation (IPA) initiatives, including requirements gathering, metrics and dashboard development, stakeholder management, and process documentation. This role will involve working closely with a variety of customers across the client’s enterprise to identify new opportunities for Intelligent Automation (IA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) deployments, while also managing existing automation investments.
- Work on gathering requirements for intelligent process automation (IPA) projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards to track the progress and success of automation projects. Utilize data to make actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support for automation initiatives.
- Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions as new technologies and processes are implemented.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and inefficiencies within existing processes, providing data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and automation workflows to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Participate in special projects, including client web portal upgrades and business process improvement analysis. Provide data insights to guide project decisions and enhance outcomes.
- Work with team members to identify and implement operational optimizations that improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee QA / QC processes and ensure governance standards are met for automation initiatives. Monitor and evaluate automation performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
