We are currently seeking Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to support a brand new program with a classified government customer. The candidate must have extensive experience with industry-standard instructional design practices, as well as data collection instruments, data collection and analysis, developing or creating project management plans, and designing learning assessments.
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph.
- Formally documenting instructional design plans in design document, project plan, or similar.
- Must have demonstrated creation of a document that identifies instructional design and project information to guide the development of instruction.
- Developing and carrying out data collection instruments or protocols for the purpose of identifying performance gaps or organizational impact in order to create instruction to achieve educational gains
- Using empirical data to make instructional design decisions for the purpose of identifying performance gaps or organizational impact evaluating instruction to determine gains
- Designing instructional strategies that engage, motivate, or are learner-centered.
- Developing or creating project management plans for instruction design projects (schedules, task, milestones, scope, etc)
- Designing assessments of learning to determine gains.
- Collaborating across functional teams, such as stakeholder, SME, or media development teams
