Position Overview
Engage with client stakeholders to identify, analyze, and qualify business processes that are suitable for automation. Understand client needs and gather detailed requirements to recommend the most effective automation solutions.
Design end-to-end automation solutions, using appropriate IA tools and technologies, to streamline and optimize business processes. Lead the implementation of these solutions in the client’s environment while ensuring alignment with best practices.
Manage the deployment of automation tools, technologies, and software components to support IA capabilities. Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance monitoring to ensure ongoing success.
Coordinate and lead testing efforts for automation solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements, operate as expected, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize and improve the system’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on IA capabilities and how they can be leveraged to achieve business objectives. Collaborate closely with IT, process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations.
Work with development teams to customize and develop automation solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client. Ensure that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and robust.
Work with a variety of teams, including process experts, software vendors, and engineering / support teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of automation initiatives.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of automation processes, solutions, and technical configurations. Provide regular reports on the status and performance of IA solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph.
- Proven experience in Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of IA tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business processes for automation potential.
- Experience in process engineering, solution development, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, including cloud technologies, databases, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in scripting, coding, or software development (e.g., Python, C#, .NET, Java).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing roles and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IA, automation, and business process management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
