Position Overview
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development, measurement, and continuous improvement of performance metrics in alignment with our corporate policies. You will apply your expertise in benchmarking, program metrics, process improvement, and general management consulting to drive operational success. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the Sponsor's finance and / or contracts-related procedures, which will be beneficial in understanding and optimizing related processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of performance metrics aligned with OGFM (Operational and Financial Management) goals.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to assess performance against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.
- Provide consulting expertise on program metrics and performance tracking systems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align performance metrics with broader organizational objectives.
- Assist with the evaluation and enhancement of financial and contracts-related procedures, focusing on streamlining processes and ensuring compliance.
- Develop recommendations for process improvements, data collection, and reporting practices.
- Prepare and present findings to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
