Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Level 4 Reporting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for infusing Counterintelligence (CI) best practices into the review and dissemination of intelligence reporting for operational purposes and risk mitigation. The Reporting Officer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in collection and production, providing leadership and expertise in intelligence reporting. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong investigative, research, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Infuse CI best practices into the review, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products.
Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and risk mitigation through the development and dissemination of high-quality reports.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for collection and production, offering technical expertise and guidance in intelligence reporting processes.
Lead efforts in the production of intelligence reports, ensuring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide oversight and quality control for reporting activities, ensuring reports are well-organized, accurate, and meet the needs of decision-makers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, to facilitate collaboration and information-sharing.
Demonstrate leadership in intelligence reporting, guiding and mentoring junior staff members and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct thorough investigative work and research to support reporting and analysis efforts, ensuring the identification of relevant intelligence and risks.
Contribute to the development of operational strategies by providing accurate and timely intelligence reports, including assessments of potential risks and recommendations.
Participate in the preparation and presentation of intelligence findings to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Proven experience in intelligence reporting, with a strong understanding of CI best practices and methodologies.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in collection and production, with a demonstrated ability to lead the development and dissemination of intelligence reports.
Strong investigative and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and draw relevant conclusions.
Leadership experience in intelligence reporting, including the ability to guide and mentor junior personnel and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships across teams.
Proven ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and actionable intelligence reports under tight deadlines.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation, with the ability to identify and communicate potential risks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of reporting.
