Position Overview
The Support Integrator/SME will play a critical role in supporting policy development and administrative tasks for Agency finance policy stakeholders and authorities. This individual will have significant experience with Agency/OGFM finance policies and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure policies are effectively written, implemented, and aligned with organizational goals. While experience with cryptocurrency methodology is preferred, the focus of this role will be on the ability to integrate and support finance policy development and administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support policy writing and administrative engagements with Agency finance policy stakeholders and authorities.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure policy alignment with Agency/OGFM finance procedures and overall strategic objectives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of finance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Support the integration of financial policies across various functions within the Agency, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Agency finance policies, offering guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
- Facilitate communication between finance authorities, policy stakeholders, and external consultants as needed.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial reports and policies, ensuring they align with established guidelines and objectives.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements within finance policy and administrative workflows.
- While the primary focus will be finance policy, support may be required in cryptocurrency and tradecraft areas when needed, especially in contexts where crypto intersects with finance policies.
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Primary Requirement: Strong background in Agency/OGFM finance policy and experience working with finance policy stakeholders and authorities.
- Proven experience in policy writing, administrative support, and implementation in the Agency finance environment.
- Experience in government finance regulations, compliance, and policy frameworks.
- Ability to work with and support various finance policy stakeholders to create cohesive and effective finance policies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review, interpret, and align financial policies with agency and organizational goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present policy-related information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Desired Skills
- Masters Degree
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency methodology, crypto-finance integration, and related tradecraft.
