Job Title: Sr. Packaging Engineer
Location: Pennsylvania
Background: Our client is a large manufacturer of combination products looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join the team and help with different types of testing and execution activities such as functionality testing. This individual will need to have primary container, syringe, and plunger stopper product experiences as well. Our client is looking for someone who has Team Lead/Project Management experience for the ability to leads parts of the project, but the biggest tasks will be supporting from a technical perspective. This role will support different projects such as data research, new product introduction, and device innovations, so having a versatile background will be very beneficial for this role. This role will involve working with some teams out of Europe, so candidates must be open to being flexible when needed to work EU hours for meetings or specific assignments.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of packaging experience in a Medical Device or Combination Product environment
- Primary container, device assembly & packaging knowledge
- Relevant experience in operations, engineering, quality assurance, MSAT, planning, or business excellence
- Experience in primary packaging components (Syringes, Vials, Cartridges)
- Knowledge & expertise in applying combination products cGMP regulations
