Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Respiratory Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while making a difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Job:
This position requires a Respiratory Therapist with 1-3 years of experience who can provide acute respiratory care services to patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Able to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
- Sensory abilities including visual acuity and effective communication.
