Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Maplewood, Minnesota.
Interventional Radiology Technologists play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of medical procedures. This position requires a skilled professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent communication with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
- Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel
- Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate
