About the Job

This 13-week travel assignment is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in home health care while working with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. You'll have the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, providing care to patients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings accurately.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse (RN) and at least six months of recent home health experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift, move, and position patients as needed.
