About the Job
A 13 week Home Health RN travel assignment at a hospital in Wailuku, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home
Requirements
- One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required
- Current RN License
- Ability to work under close supervision occasionally and without assistance from other personnel
