About This Opportunity
This 13 week Home Health RN travel assignment requires at least one year of experience as a RN and six months recent Home Health experience. You will provide medical care in the privacy of the patient's home, completing nursing assessments and documenting appropriately into patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home
You must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory requirements include visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate.
