At Fusion Medical Staffing, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Thomasville, North Carolina.

About the Job:
Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home, specializing in Home Health services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RN to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
• Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home.
• One year's experience as a RN, at least six months recent Home Health experience required.
• Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
Requirements:
Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory – Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
