Travel Nurse RN Home Health Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Shelby, North Carolina.
Skill and Experience Required:
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least six months of recent Home Health experience required
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home
Work Environment:
Shift: Monday to Friday until shift is complete
On call info: On call required if requested
Possibility of one Saturday per month for backup call to the Baylor RN Travel Area: Kings Mountain, NC in Cleveland County
