We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other health team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in medical lab technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel
