What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN NIGHT SHIFT Telemetry Specialist position at Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care?

As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with our team and provide exceptional patient care. The position is for a 13-week assignment at a client in CITY, STATE. This is an evening shift position, where you will be working with patients who require your expertise and care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for providing bedside care to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, collecting health information, and documenting nursing history and physical assessment. Additionally, you will administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice, maintain patients' medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
