Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Fairfield, ME. As a Long Term Care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and potential health risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will need:
- A valid nursing license and current registration in Maine.
- At least 1 year of experience in long term care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
