Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse for a 13 week Long Term Care/LTC RN assignment in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
