We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at a client in CITY, STATE for a 13-week assignment. The position requires an evening shift schedule, where you will be working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for providing bedside care to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, collecting health information, and documenting nursing history and physical assessment. Additionally, you will administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice, maintain patients' medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
