Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care, as needed, in the Critical Care Unit
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop effective patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience working in a Critical Care Unit setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
