Job Description
You will be working as a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery department, providing care to expectant mothers and newborns. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and post-procedure, maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies, and communicating effectively with physicians and other health team members. You must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate. This role requires grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have the capacity to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment. A valid nursing license and certification are also required.
