Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
