Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse. This 13-week assignment will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the PCU unit
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of experience in a PCU setting
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and push/pull equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
