Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based guidelines
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU or PCU setting
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull heavy equipment, and stand for long periods
