About the Assignment
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to take on a challenging 13-week travel assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Nursing Care Coordination
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and report patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery
- Current RN license in good standing
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
