Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement effective care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the assignment takes place
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to lift and move equipment (50-100lbs), bend, and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
