Job Description:
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13 week medical-surgical job in Quincy, California. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, be able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, and be proficient in electronic medical records and other relevant software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Push, pull, bend, move equipment (50-100lbs)
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in California
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software
