Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and experience working in a med-surg environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull equipment (50-100lbs), and stand for long periods.
