Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring accurate diagnoses through imaging procedures.
About the Role:
- Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Location: Rockport, Maine
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: Must have relevant certifications for this position
- Experience: One to three years experience as a Medical Technologist preferred
- Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills
