We are seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Jupiter, Florida.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have one to three years of experience as an Ultrasound Echo tech and be able to work under close supervision occasionally. They will evaluate images for quality, present images and preliminary findings to physicians and healthcare teams, maintain patient records, and follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate images for quality and present them to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to procedures.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
- Grasp, fine manipulate, push/pull equipment weighing up to 100lbs, and move about when assisting with procedures.
Requirements
- One to three years' experience as an Ultrasound Echo tech.
- Ability to work under close supervision occasionally and independently.
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
