Job Summary
We're seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Le Sueur, Minnesota. As a therapist on our team, you'll work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on care to help them achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for administering treatment, educating patients and other healthcare professionals, and documenting findings as needed.
Responsibilities
* Administer treatment to patients according to established treatment plans
* Educate patients, other healthcare professionals, and family members regarding physical therapy on an ongoing basis
* Document and report findings as appropriate
* Follow hospital safety rules and procedures
* Possess the technical skills necessary to perform physical therapy procedures, including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving equipment up to 100lbs
Requirements
* Minimum of one to three years' experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
* Strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills
