Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at a client facility in Warren, Minnesota.
Position Overview
This is a 13-week contract position working an 8-hour shift. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients while gaining valuable experience and skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
- Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Physical Therapy on an on-going basis.
- Document and report findings as appropriate.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
- One to three years' experience as a PT preferred.
- Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
- Sensory – Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
