Job Description:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care with other health team members. This includes monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures, maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies, and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to grasp, fine manipulate, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and using department equipment. You should also be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as work without assistance from other personnel.
