Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist and possess strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
