In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
