Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois or ability to obtain licensure within the required timeframe
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
