• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state where they will be practicing
• BLS certification
• Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as an RN in a Step-down Unit or similar setting
