Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of patient assessment and care planning, and effective communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you should have experience working in a Progressive Care Unit setting and hold a valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing, as well as BLS certification and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification.

Additional Requirements
