As a Travel RN Case Manager, you will provide coordinated healthcare services to patients, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with proper documentation
Requirements:
- One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions
