Job Title: Emergency Room Traveler - Registered Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Emergency Room Traveler. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ER setting and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete nursing assessments and document patient records accurately
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification preferred
- Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
